If you are bringing in material that you've tracked elsewhere; here are a few guidelines for making sure your session is accurately transferred from your medium to ours.

Your audio files need to be either .wav, .bwf, or .aif files on a CD-R or DVD-R. If you have tracked your session onto analog tape, please contact us for additional transfer information.

Secondly, the audio files must be time-stamped and/or all the audio regions must be the exact same length. Some DAWs call this function "Bounce to Disk," "Mix to Disk," "Merge Audio," or "Render". Also, if your DAW creates multiple audio files when cut-and-paste editing, you will have to perform the "Bounce to Disk" or equivalent command to create one audio file per track. This ensures that all tracks will play in-sync with each other (and all of your edits will be included in those tracks) when we load your session to overdub or mix. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
